A unique workshop from the National Learning Institute

The world is experiencing a paradigm shift in which leading thinkers no longer use metaphors of machines, linear cause-effect or centralised control and power.

How can today's leaders, managers and coaches facilitate transformative change when the world is so uncertain, unpredictable, and uncontrollable? How do we embrace the new paradigm, encourage the conditions for change, and then use serendipitous events?

Going Beyond the Obvious:
A 'Clean' Approach in an Emerging World.

Bob Selden and The National Learning Institute present a workshop by two of the world leaders in the new language of "Clean", Penny Tomkins and James Lawley, authors of "Metaphors in Mind: Transformation through Symbolic Modelling"

Based on the innovative "Clean Language" of David Grove, Penny and James will facilitate an enlightening workshop for Managers, HR person-nel, Coaches, IT people, Marketers, Consultants ... Anyone who needs to really hear what people are saying; who needs to gather high-quality information; who sees creative opportunities in unpredictability; and who likes to go beyond the obvious.
