What does the
National Learning Institute do?

The National Learning Institute focus’ exclusively on providing support services such as surveys and online learning to international Training, Learning, HRD & HR consultants who in turn work with their own corporate clients. 

The National Learning Institute was formed in Australia in 1995 to specialise in leadership and management development for corporate clients.  It is an Australian national Registered Training Organisation (RTO’s are organisations which must meet and maintain stringent government quality standards).

We have offices in Australia and Switzerland.

Because of our previous and extensive experience with corporates such as 3M, Volvo government departments and many others, we can now help you the consultant design and develop people development initiatives such as management and leadership training, negotiation skills training, career and succession planning for your clients.  We have a particular speciality with online profiling and learning.  For example our products include leadership and management 360° profiles, corporate climate surveys and a superb blended learning package on negotiating.  All of these can be customized and badged to yours and your client’s requirements.
