Phil has worked with senior executives from State and Federal Government, IT, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Higher Education and Finance in Australia, New Zealand, the US and the UK.

Phil has worked with Bob Selden for over 10 years on leadership and management projects such as those for 3M Australia, the Australian Institute of Management and many others.  Along with Bob, he has coached on the Mobilizing People Leadership Program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.  Phil is also an adjunct member of faculty at the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia.
