Catharina Nasenius founded Vardagens Dramatik in 1989 and has been the managing director ever since. She specialises in work and organisational psychology and is the author of three books on the subject.

For 15 years, the company's leadership seminar "Under Pressure" has been a standing component of the Mobilizing People Leadership Program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
